The company Pradhan  Industries as a partnership organization established in 1989 having its registered office at Jajpur Road, Dist-Jajpur, Orissa-755048, Orissa established its first  Chrome Ore processing and beneficiation plant at sanapatuli, Dala, Jajpur Road, Dist-Jajpur with a steady and substantial growth established its market network in Indian nation.In due course it emerged in 1999 as a private Limited Company and spread the operating net work from National to International level having Export of Chrome Concentrate to different countries, having a growth rate of 100% per year.The company entered into Ferro Alloys manufacturing and started its second plant at Bhagwanpur Industrial Estate in 1992, Dist-khurda, Orissa, having its end product of Low Carbon Ferro Chrome, and successfully operated Low Carbon Ferro Chrome business in national level.

During the same calendar the company opened its corporate office in Orissa state Capital Bhubaneswar at 19, VIP Colony,Nayapalli,Bhubaneswar,for planning coordination and smooth implementations,as well as national and international operations. A well chosen active, vibrant, well qualified and experienced team having a success track record are in charge  of different port folios controlling the operations, of planning coordination, finance and marketing.
In 2005 the company emerged as Public Limited Company and commissioned a 5MVA Ferro Alloys plant at Jajpur Road.
Over view :From the date of incorporation the company has achieved a remarkable growth moving  fast towards the forward integration from Chrome  Ore benefication Ferro Alloys manufacturing and spreading network from domestic to international market. The company is having a vision to emerge and  establish  as one of the leading  Ferro Alloys  manufacturers & exporter of the country of national & international repute.It is in the process of acquiring a captive chrome ore mines for smooth supply of ore.

COMPANY’S JAJPUR ROAD PLANTS OPERATIONS :-
The company is operating Chrome Ore beneficiation plant for manufacturing  different grades of Chrome Concentrate and onward transmission to cater the need of national and international market. In expansion program the company has setup a 5MVA submerged Arch furnace -- for manufacturing of Ferro Alloys with installed capacity 9000MI/Annum.
COMPANY’S BHUBANESWAR PLANTS OPERATIONS :-
The plant  at Bhagwanpur Industrial Estate, is also processing the Chrome Ore of different grades by drying,grinding ,bagging, packing and onward transmission. The plant is also engaged in manufacturing L.C Ferro & H.C Chrome in exothermic process.
