Cancellation and Returns

Cancellation by Site / Customer

Order once placed cannot be cancelled post purchase. In case of any damage or returned goods, we will refund any payments already made by you for the order after deducting fixed shipment charges. Please note that the product should be unused and should be sent back along with a copy of the Original Invoice. We reserves the right to reject any return request if the product package is opened or the product looks used. If we suspect any fraudulent transaction by any customer or any transaction which defies the terms & conditions of using the website, we at our sole discretion could cancel such orders. We will maintain a negative list of all fraudulent transactions and customers and would deny access to them or cancel any orders placed by them.

The return shipping charges are to be borne by the Customer.

Pradhan Mineral Industries  does not take title to returned items. Any case of refund or cancellation is at sole discretion of   Pradhan Mineral Industries.

10% cancellation charges will be applicable on order cancellations by customer.
